Applying for Registration

The following Documents can be downloaded and used to apply for HETAS Registration.  Before completing the application form(s), please read and understand the information given in “Training Information”, in “Conditions for Registration and Guidance”, and also on the forms themselves.  Please ensure that you have completed the “Application Checklist” before sending the documents to HETAS, as failure to provide all the relevant information can delay your application.  If you have any queries regarding your application, please contact HETAS.
