Direct Debit Changes

In September 2015 HETAS launched direct debit payments for our registrants. Following your feedback and based on our experiences over the past twelve months we are now offering direct debit as a monthly payment option.

New applicants and registrants with HETAS can now make simple and affordable monthly payments for their registration with HETAS using our direct debit system. Installers and Retailers will be given the option to pay monthly at their next renewal date. If you currently have a Direct Debit in place and would like to discuss your payments please contact the team on the details below.

HETAS CEO Bruce Allen says:

“It’s important for our registered members to be able to manage their money so that they can get on with their everyday jobs. We’re delighted to be able to offer this simple and most importantly, secure payment set up to all of our installers and retailers.”

HETAS will be phasing out the acceptance of cheques from 2017, but there will still be a number of ways to make your renewal payments to HETAS, including via the HETAS Shop. Visit https://www.hetas.co.uk/ways-to-pay/ to find out more information
