With Christmas fast approaching we want to make sure you are stocked up with everything you need from HETAS over the festive period before we close the office for our annual Christmas break. Christmas in now just over three weeks away and I’m sure you will be busy working right through until the big day.
The HETAS team will be heading off for a festive break from midday on Friday 23rd December and the office will be open for business as usual from Tuesday 3rd January 2017. We will endeavour to post out orders made via HETAS to arrive with you ahead of Christmas, with postal deadlines from the Royal Mail available at www.royalmail.com/greetings.
Orders placed up to and including Tuesday 20th will be processed before the Christmas holiday period, however we cannot guarantee delivery before the first working week in January 2017. Any orders placed after 20th December may not be processed until after the Christmas holiday period.
The HETAS Shop will be available to place orders over the Christmas break and we will dispatch orders in the New Year. Installers can also use the online notification system throughout Christmas to notify installation work online. Please organise any credit top up’s before the HETAS office closes on Friday 23rd December.
