As part of an ongoing upgrade to a fully digital phone system, we will be making some changes to our phone system throughout Wednesday 30th September 2020.
We are working with our provider Charlton Networks to move away from a fixed-line system to fully digital, enabling our staff to work easily both in the office and from home, providing an ongoing support service. The move will also enable us to increase the number of available lines to contact HETAS.
