You may have seen from recent social posts that it’s never been more straightforward to become a HETAS Approved Retailer. We have revamped the scheme and launched an Online Retailer Course to enable those prospective approved retailers the chance to join with ease.
We know retailers play an integral part of the consumer journey from helping them select a stove that is appropriate for their needs and home. To advise on fuels and suitable service and maintenance routines.
HETAS representative, David Hamilton, has been visiting retailers across the country to hear your thoughts in person. These visits have been invaluable in not only gathering information about the retailer scheme, but also the industry as a whole. Your feedback is important as it helps us make improvements to the way we work and what we’re able to offer you.
