Recoheat’s Heat Recovery System is the latest product to receive HETAS Approval, following a series of robust tests to verify its performance, safety, and compliance.
Increasing heat distribution
The Recoheat Heat Recovery System is designed to increase the heat distribution of a solid fuel appliance, where their unique technology exploits the turbulent boundary layer effect to capture and distribute heat from the flue gases. The electric air pump connected to heat recovery unit increases heat without any negative effects on flue draught or flue temperature, enabling increased heat distribution that doesn’t impact an installation’s performance.
When used in ideal conditions, independent temperature and airflow analysis show an increased output of up to 1kW of heat, with an increase in temperature persisting until the embers cool. This will allow for several extra hours of heating after the standard convection heating from the stove’s surface has ceased.
