SALES EXECUTICE

PERMANENT, FULL TIME

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our busy team based in Tewkesbury. This is an exciting position for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional sales service and liaising with people at all levels. As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator with a proven sales or customer service background. This role is office based; however, we will continue to work in line with government guidelines on homeworking when required.  

Reporting into the Sales & Service Manager, this varied position will be to answer incoming enquiries from prospective business surrounding Solid Fuel, together with outbound sales calls promoting the benefits of HETAS and Woodsure schemes and subsequent registration.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Outbound Sales calls – promoting the benefits of the scheme
  • Lead Generation and follow up calls
  • Updating in-house computer system accordingly
  • Providing First Class Customer Service
  • Replying to customers and sales emails 
  • Sourcing information and providing guidance
  • Administration duties

Skills & Attributes:

  • A friendly & professional telephone manner with great interpersonal / communication skills
  • A sound knowledge of customer service/sales including objection handling skills
  • Enthusiastic, a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent IT skills with a flexible attitude
  • A team player!

MARKETING ASSISTANT

PERMANENT, FULL TIME

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join the team based in Tewkesbury to develop your creative skills in a dynamic, ambitious, and supportive environment. This exciting position would suit an individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent creative and communication skills and a passion for the world of marketing. This role is reporting into our Marketing Manager and will be office based; however, we will continue to work in line with government guidelines on homeworking when required.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working alongside the Marketing and Development team together with wider business managers to deliver both print and digital marketing support across the business
  • Designing mailshots for business development activity, and creating specific marketing and social campaigns
  • Creating content for PR and marketing materials eg: brochures, newsletters etc. to help the business to retain existing customers or win new prospect customers
  • Social media across our suite of social channels, using management platforms.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Some previous work experience in Marketing
  • A flair for creativity and enjoys coming up with fresh ideas to actively contribute to company processes
  • A passion for marketing, promotions, sales and providing great customer service to ensure excellent brand reputation

  • Possess strong IT and organisational skills
  • Have a flexible and positive approach to work
  • A creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

  • Must be self-motivated and work well independently as well as part of a wider team

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workloads at short notice
