Carrie Artus
Head of HR and Training
Carrie joined HETAS in 2022 in the newly created role of Head of Training. Following 18 years in the financial sector in both customer service and training roles, her enthusiasm for learning and development led her to work for an ILM Centre, delivering business training to companies and individuals across the South West. Most recently, Carrie was responsible for the training and development of more than 300 staff at Baylis Vauxhall, designing individual learning programs and delivering training solutions.
Carrie uses her broad range of experience to drive the HETAS industry training offering forward while also developing new internal training for her colleagues. With the help of her team, Carrie will ensure HETAS stays at the forefront of training in our sector. She has also taken on responsibility for our HR.
