Downtime which will affect the HETAS website search and the HETAS Technical Hub is upcoming as we implement the final stages of our transition to a new CRM platform.

We have scheduled downtime which will affect the HETAS Website Search and the HETAS Technical Hub upcoming as we implement the final stages of our transition to a new CRM platform. 

Working closely with our CRM provider and website hosts, we aim to keep any disruption to a minimum. However, please note the following: 

Scheduled Downtime – HETAS Technical Hub 

  • Start Date: Friday 19 September 2025 at 13:00 
  • End Date: Friday 26 September 

 

Affected Services: 

  • HETAS Technical Hub – the site will be fully offline 
  • Online Notification Submissions will be unavailable during this time 

 

During this period, online notifications will be paused until the system is back online. If you have any notifications of installations to add to the system, we advise you do so prior to Friday 19 September 2025 so these can be submitted to the relevant Local Authority once our systems are online again. 

We will notify you as the Technical Hub goes offline through our system alerts and once the platform is back online. You will also be notified by SMS, so please ensure we have your correct mobile phone number. 

Scheduled Downtime – HETAS website  

  • Start Date: Monday 22 September 2025 at 09:00 
  • End Date: Friday 26 September 

 

Affected Services: 

  • HETAS website searches 
  • Certification and renewal products in the Shop will be unavailable 

 

What we are changing 

We are moving to a new Dynamics 365 cloud CRM platform, replacing the outdated existing version. This upgrade will provide greater flexibility, improved reliability, and better integration with our services. 

Once the new system is live: 

  • Notifications via the Hub will resume, aligned with the updated LABC notification process. 
  • Any outstanding notifications can be submitted via the Technical Hub. 
  • The HETAS searches will be active 
  • A full range of products will be available via the HETAS Shop 

 

Please ensure you submit any notifications that took place during our period of downtime once the system is live
